Why did we build our own guest communications platform?
We were paying 10-20% of total revenues to service providers who still had to be constantly handheld by our team. Fearing our guests would otherwise receive inadequate support, we ended up answering the majority of their questions ourselves because we lacked confidence in our vendors. Our guests’ feedback indicated that our service providers were impersonal, slow, apathetic, clueless, and difficult to understand.
ProTripper’s team of co-hosts are bilingual or fluent English speakers with no noticeable accents. They have years of customer service experience and are trained to know your property as well as you do.
